If you work with usage stats, you already know Tasha Mellins-Cohen. As Executive Director of COUNTER Metrics, she’s one of the leading voices shaping how our community measures and interprets usage. Tasha has authored friendly guides, shepherded countless implementations, and seems to give three excellent talks before breakfast. She brings equal parts clarity and pragmatism to thorny metrics questions—exactly what we all need for the R5 → R5.1 shift.
