Emerald’s COUNTER SUSHI reports have recently moved to a new home. The SUSHI data, previously hosted by LibLynx, is now delivered via Silverchair.

This migration means the SUSHI server URL has changed:

We’ve already updated the SUSHI address for Emerald COUNTER 5.1 reports within CELUS, so if you’re using the standard URL, you don’t need to take any action. The change was applied automatically to all C5.1 SUSHI credentials without custom URLs.

However, please note that the credentials required by Silverchair differ from those used at LibLynx. For C5.1 reports on Emerald via Silverchair, the typical format looks like this:

• Requestor ID: 10xxxxxxx (9 digits)
• Customer ID: 10yyyyyyy (9 digits)
• API Key: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 (32 characters with hyphens)
• URL: https://sitemaster.emerald.com/sushi
