🎉 CELUS 11.2 Release Party: Meet Data Hub

CELUS 11.2 is here — and it’s one of our most exciting updates yet.

Join us for a special release webinar where we’ll walk you through the newest improvements across the platform and officially introduce Data Hub (former “Analytical Database”).

This isn’t just a version bump. It’s a significant step forward in reporting, data continuity, and advanced analytics.

‍

‍

🚀 Part 1: What’s New in CELUS 11.2

Béda Košata, Lead Developer

Béda will guide you through the key enhancements in version 11.2, including:

🌊 Data Hub (formerly “Analytical Database”)

  • Upgraded from beta and officially renamed to Data Hub
  • Improved stability and readiness for production use
  • Data continuity between COUNTER 5 and COUNTER 5.1 now supported within Data Hub
  • ISSN-L support — titles now automatically derive ISSN-L from ISSNs, improving title matching and data consistency

📊 Reporting Improvements

  • New Reset and Save As buttons
  • Multiple usability improvements
  • Various reporting enhancements and bug fixes

🔄 SUSHI Management Enhancements

  • Direct links from SUSHI Status to SUSHI Management
  • Platform and COUNTER version filters for easier navigation

đź“‘ Specialized Reports Improvements

  • Visual grouping and coloring for related report sections (e.g. IPEDS, ARL 2025)
  • Markdown support in report text
  • Updated Deutsche Bibliotheksstatistik (DBS) report

And, as always, many additional performance improvements and bug fixes across the application.

Béda will also explain the vision behind Data Hub — why we built it, how it fits into the CELUS ecosystem, and what becomes possible when your usage data is no longer limited to built-in reporting.

‍

‍

📊 Part 2: Getting Started with Data Hub

Kamila Košatová, Customer Support Specialist

Once you know what’s new, Kamila will take you from theory to practice.

She’ll demonstrate:

  • How to activate and configure Data Hub in your CELUS account
  • What the data structure looks like
  • How to connect Data Hub to Power BI
  • Example dashboards and real report scenarios
  • How to move from standard reports to customized analytics

Whether you want a clean leadership dashboard or a more complex analytical model, you’ll see how Data Hub supports deeper insights and more flexible reporting.

‍

As usual, there will be dedicated time for your questions and our answers :-)
